Brandon Stone arrested yet again in Seneca Falls

StoneThe 26-year-old Seneca Falls man who was arrested on three separate occasions in a 36 hour period last week, in crimes involving stolen bicycles, punching a female in the face in front of a child, and threatening two men with a tire iron, has added to his charges after showing up to a probation appointment under the influence of drugs..On Monday at about 6:21 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Brandon S. Stone, of 25 Peterman Road apartment B5 in Seneca Falls, for violation of pre-trial release after Stone allegedly attended his probation appointment while under the influence of drugs.Stone was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court in front of the Honorable Judge Laquidari, where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,500 cash or $5,000 bail bond. Stone is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on June 9th, 2014 at 6 pm.Stone’s previous spree of arrests last week is documented here.
