Seneca County Sheriff Office reports that on Monday evening at 5:15 pm, investigators arrested 2 twelve year old female juveniles for burglary in the third degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree.The charges stem from an investigation into an incident that occurred on 03/30/14 in the Town of Romulus where the two juveniles entered a building and caused $200 worth of damage while inside. The two juveniles have been issued appearance tickets charging them with juvenile delinquency.They both are to appear in the Seneca County Probation Dept. on May 1, 2014 to answer to the charges.
