On April 18th, 2014 at about 3:00 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested John S. Baity, age 24, of Peterman Road Apt B3, Seneca Falls, following a domestic dispute. Baity was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2nd.It is alleged that Baity damaged property at 31 1/2 Miller Street during a domestic incident with his mother, while she was holding a three year old child.Baity was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of the Honorable Judge Laquidari. Baity with ROR’d and Order of Protection’s were also issued protecting all the victims. Baity is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 8th, 2014 at 10:00 am.
