Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Austin R. Deal, age 26, of 15 Seneca Rd, Seneca Falls on April 19th, 2014 at about 12:20 am during the investigation into a loud party. Deal was wanted out of the Seneca Falls Town Court on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on original charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2nd.Deal was remanded to the Seneca Co. Correctional Facility by the Hon. Sean Laquidari on $1000 cash/$2000 bond and is to reappear in Town Court on May 8th, 2014 at 5:00 pm.
