On Wednesday at 10:19 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Justin M. Pitcher, age 21, of Mynderse Street in Seneca Falls, for an incident that occurred on April 12th, 2014 at 1:21 am in front of Red’s Place downtown.Pitcher was witnessed by a Town of Seneca Falls Police Officer walking over to a 72″ X 88″ glass window at 61 Fall Street and striking it with a closed fist.Pitcher was not charged on scene due to being transported by North Seneca Ambulance to Geneva General Hospital for injuries to his hand.Pitcher was later released from the hospital after being treated.Seneca Falls Police charged Pitcher with Felony Criminal Mischief in the third degree and Violation Disorderly Conduct. Pitcher was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on April 21st, 2014.
