On Thursday at about 12:28 am, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Deborah J. Waite, age 52 of Pleasant Street in Clifton Springs. Waite was charged with Failure to Keep Right, Driving While Intoxicated, Driving w/ability Impaired/Alcohol and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th.The arrest stems from a traffic stop where Officers observed Waite driving Northbound in the Southbound lane on State Highway 414 North.During the Stop, Officer’s also located a Smith & Wesson .38 Special Revolver in the front seat of the motor vehicle.Waite was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of the Honorable Judge Laquidari and remanded to Seneca Co. Correctional Facility on $500/$1000 insurance bond. Waite will re-appear answer on May 8th at 5:00pm.
