Poormon, age 18, of 192 Ovid Street lot 141 for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and operating on a restricted license. Poormon is accused of operating a motor vehicle without the consent of the rightful owner and driving on a permit only. Asa was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $250 cash bail or $500 ins. bond. Asa is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 14th, 2014 at 10:00 am.n April 11th, 2014 at about 02:57am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Aaron H. Mangum, age 31, of Stanton Meadows Apt 4, Seneca Falls, NY. Mangum was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Driving w/ability Impaired/Alcohol. The arrest stems from Mangum being stopped behind the Dollar Tree Business at Liberty Plaza. Mangum was released on tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on March 21st, 2014 at 06:00pm.On 04/13/14 at approximately 1:43 a.m. the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Dewitt F. Johnson, age 30, of 21 Church Street, Apt. 4, Waterloo, NY for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree following a traffic stop. He is accused of operating a motor vehicle while holding a suspended license. He is to appear in court on 05/05/14 at 6:00 p.m. to answer the charge.On 04/13/14 at approximately 2:17 a.m. the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Christopher R. Lentola, age 32, of 2 Fall Street, Apt. 23, Seneca Falls, NY for Theft of Services. He is accused of taking a taxi from the City of Geneva to Seneca Falls and not paying the cab fare. Lentola was issued an appearance ticket and released. He is to appear in Town Court on 05/05/14 at 6:00 p.m. to answer the charge.
