Penn Yan man for driving on suspended license

Ronald A. McQuaid, 51, of Penn Yan, was arrested by Penn Yan Police on March 31st, 2014, after a traffic stop in the Village. McQuaid was stopped on Elm Street in the Village and found to be operating on a suspended driver’s license for failing to pay a DMV fine and having a suspended registration. He was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd and Operating While Registrations Suspended. McQuaid was released on tickets and will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date to answer the charges.
