A 26-year-old Seneca Falls man was arrested on three separate occasions in a 36 hour period in crimes involving stolen bicycles, punching a female in the face in front of a child, and threatening two men with a tire iron on Green Street. On Tuesday at about 12:02 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Brandon S. Stone, age 26 of Peterman Road in Seneca Falls, with intimidating a witness in the third degree, a felony. The arrest stems from an incident where Stone threatened two other males on Green Street in Seneca Falls with a tire iron. One of the males was a witness to another crime Stone was involved in the night prior. Stone was also charged with menacing in the second degree, a misdemeanor. The original arrest of Stone occured the night before at about 8:04 pm when the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department responded to 25 Peterman Road B7 in Seneca Falls following a domestic dispute. During the altercation with a female, it is alleged that Stone struck the female with a closed fist in the presence of her child. It is also alleged, during the same incident, Stone threatened another town resident with a knife. Stone was charged with menacing in the 2nd degree, a misdemeanor, endangering the welfare of a child, also a misdemeanor, harassment in the 2nd degree and disorderly conduct, both violations. Stone was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of the Honorable Judge Laquidari who issued an order of protection. Stone was back in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of the Honorable Judge Laquidari on Tuesday where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000.00 cash or $2000.00 bond. Stone is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on April 21st, 2014 at 6:00 pm. If that weren’t enough for Brandon Stone, earlier that same day, at approximately 8:07 am, Brandon Stone was arrested along with Thomas M. Kidman, age 21 of State Route 96A in Geneva, following a report of a larceny of two bicycles. Police located Kidman and Stone riding the bicycles on Bridge Street in Seneca Falls.
