On April 14th, 2014 at about 8:00 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Gene E. Howe, age 40, of State Route 96 in Geneva, for Issuing a bad check.Howe was arrested on a warrant that was issued after he wrote two checks to a business in the Town of Seneca Falls when he knew there was insufficent funds.Howe was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of the Honorable Judge Lafler. Howe was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 8th, 2014 at 6:00 pm.
