Barbara Baker (YA/IYT), joyfully announces the Roseridge Healing & Yoga Center spring class schedule in the new space at 1260 Old Ridge Road, Ontario (lower level of the Gerber Building), beginning Tuesday, April 29. Class offerings include “Slow Flow” – continuous slow flow of transition in and out of classic poses – Tuesdays from 6 to 7:30 pm; “Basics” – the foundation of Yoga practice and how it supports physical/mental/emotional wellness – Wednesdays from 4:15 to 5:45 pm; “Level 1 & 2” – a combination of traditional yoga postures offered in simplicity, with additional instruction for deepening advances of one’s practice with a focus on breath, focus and alignment – Thursdays from 9 to 10:30 a.m.Students may start a class at any time, and the first session is offered at no cost. Price structure is 6 classes/$70; 10 classes/$110. Drop-in sessions are $13. The Wolcott classes will continue, in addition to the schedule in the new space in Ontario.The opening event, “Journey Into Sacred Space – A Crystal Singing Bowl Concert” by Nancy Kasper will be held on Friday, April 25 from 7 to 8:30 pm. “We are excited about our new space and the guided meditation crystal bowl concert,” said Barbara. “Please join us as we begin the next phase of our journey to co-create radiant health and abundant energy.”
