The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 04/12/14 at 10:17 pm, Sheriff Deputies arrested Kendrick A. Kemp Jr, age 23 of Geneva, NY on a Seneca County Family Court Warrant. Kemp located by the Geneva Police Department and then turned over to Sheriff’s Deputies. Kemp was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court before Justice Folk and was committed to the Seneca County Jail with bail in lieu of $2,000 cash or $4,000 secure bond. Kemp is to appear in Seneca County Family Court at the next available date.
