Suspicious vehicle in SF leads to three arrests

On April 10th, 2014 at about 1:38 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department responded to the area of River Road and Kingdom Road for a suspicious vehicle complaint. Upon arrival it was determined that the driver, Christopher S. Cunningham, age 21 of West Village Place in Ithaca, was under the influence of drugs and operating the vehicle, he was taken into custody. The vehicle was not registered and the license plates displayed on the vehicle belong on another vehicle.The passengers Jason M. Bowman, age 20, of Leader Road in Seneca Falls, and Larry M. Wells, age 21 of Enfield Main Road in Ithaca, were also arrested after there was marijuana and pills found in the vehicle and on Wells person.The charges are as follows:Cunningham was arraigned in front of Honorable Judge Lafler for:Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Driving While ability impaired by drugs, Driving While Intoxicated, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Unlicensed Operator, and Improper Plates. He was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500.00 cash or $5000.00 bond bail. He is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 14th, 2014 at 9:00 am. Wells was arraigned in front of Honorable Judge Lafler for: Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500.00 cash or $5000.00 bond bail. He is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 14th, 2014 at 9:00 am. Bowman was released on an appearance ticket for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on April 21, 2014 at 6:00 pm to answer for the charges. The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Seneca Falls Police Department during the incident.
