Gov. Andrew Cuomo hosted a second beer, wine, spirits and cider summit on Tuesday as a way to boost the growing industry in New York. Cuomo has been optimistic about the wine and beer sector of NYS’s economy and held the first summit in October 2012. Tuesday’s summit was held at the Empire State Plaza convention center near the Capitol.
