On 04-04-14 Police charged 23 year old Angelia R. Clark of Lawrence St. with Endangering the Welfare of a child. A citizen reported at about 6pm that Ms. Clark did throw a child onto a bed while in an argument. The child was not injured, Ms. Clark was processed at the Police Dept. and released on an appearance ticket.
