Bath man arrested on warrant after traffic stop

On 04-05-14 Penn Yan police stopped a vehicle traveling North on Benham St. w/o headlights. The driver was identified as 35 year old Joshua C. Arteca of 124 Manor Village Bath, New York. He was issued a V&T summons for the violation and a computer check revealed a Bench Warrant for Possession of Stolen Property 5th Degree out of Monroe County Sheriff’s Dept. He was taken into custody and turned over to that agency.
