On Sunday afternoon at approximately 3:27 pm, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Patrick J. Sands, age 22, of Swaby Street in Seneca Falls, and Katherine E. Sands, age 23 of Green Street in Seneca Falls, following a police investigation into a larceny that occurred at DA Liquor Store in the Town of Seneca Falls.Both parties are accused of entering the business and taking two bottles of alcohol and leaving the business without paying.Patrick and Katherine Sands were both charged with one count of Petit Larceny and one count of Conspiracy In the 6th Degree. Each party will answer the charges at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 04/10/14 at 10:00am.
