On 04/03/14 at 10:45 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Elizabeth Harrell, age 46, of 14 State Street Apt. 2, Seneca Falls, NY for Failure to Report a Change in Address for a Sex Offender with a Prior Conviction within 10 Years. Harrell, a Level 2 Sex Offender, is accused of moving from her address listed in the sex offender registry, to another address and not reporting it within 10 days as required by law. The charge is a Class D Felony due to a prior conviction within the previous 10 years. She was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and released to a 3rd party. She is due back in court on 05/05/14 at 6:00 p.m. to answer the charge.On 04/03/14 at approximately 8:44 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrest Scott E. Maitland, age 29, of 1829 Griswold Drive, Fort Wayne, IN for Aggravated Unlicense Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree. He is accused of operating a motor vehicle while having a suspended driver’s license out of Indiana. He was also charged with operating without headlights and was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court. He was committed to SCCF on $500 Cash/$1000 Bond and has to reappear in court on 05/08/14 at 5:00 p.m. to answer the charges.On 04/04/14 at 7:48 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Ralph J. Paulick, age 45, of 31 1/2 Miller Street, Seneca Falls, NY following an investigation into a domestic dispute. He is accused of getting into a physical altercation with a female resident while in the presence of a child and was charged with Harassment 2nd and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Paulick was arraigned and committed to SCCF on $5000 Cash/$10,000 Bond and has to appear in court on 04/10/14 at 10:00 a.m. to answer the charges. A stay-away order of protection was issued for the female victim and child. On April 4th, 2014 at about 11:01 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jack M. LaValley, age 68, of 101 Clinton Street, Seneca Falls. The arrest stems from a traffic stop where LaValley was operating a motor vehicle while the registration was suspended. LaValley was released on tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 04/21/2014 at 6:00pm.
