Seneca Co. chamber hosting ribbon cutting

The Seneca County Chamber of Commerce has announced thatit will host a Ribbon Cutting and Open House event to introduce one of itsnewest members- Art of Life Pilates, owned by Carrie Ferrara Bradford, andlocated at 18 West Main Street in Waterloo. Bradford, a health and wellness advocate, shared details about her newbusiness for those unfamiliar with Pilates. “Pilates is a method ofconditioning the body through exercises that develop a series of skills tohelp the body get stronger, leaner and more efficient,” she stated. “Themethod strives to teach clients how to make mind-body connections in orderto create a strong and streamlined form,” Bradford added.Certified by Power Pilates and a member of the Pilates Method Alliance,Bradford is the sole instructor at Art of Life Pilates, which offers bothprivate instruction as well as group classes.The Ribbon Cutting and Open House event will be held on Friday April 11thfrom 4pm to 6pm with the official ribbon cutting to take place promptly at4:30pm. A short presentation will include photo opportunities, briefremarks, refreshments, tours and demonstrations.
