On Friday at about 8:00 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police, along with the Seneca Falls Fire Department and North Seneca Ambulance, responded to a personal injury accident involving a car and pedestrian.The car was being driven by David L Bogart, age 37, of State Route 336 in Romulus. Bogart was attempting to make a left hand turn at the intersection of Bridge Street and Barker Street in the Town of Seneca Falls when he struck a pedestrian walking in the roadway.The pedestrian John Bush of Seneca Falls was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital by North Seneca Ambulance where he was treated and released the next morning.No tickets have been issued.
