On Friday just after 12:00 am, the Waterloo Police Department arrested an 18-year-old Waterloo youth, whose name can not be released due to his age, for criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree.The Waterloo Police responded to a call in the Village and following investigation into the incident, found the 18 year old in possession of a switchblade knife. He was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and held in the Seneca County Correctional Facility on no bail. The 18 year old is currently on probation in Seneca County.
