On April 1st at about 7:30 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Lisa M. Haruben, of State Route 89 in Seneca Falls, following a domestic dispute. Police were called to the scene where Haruben subjected a male to unwanted physical contact, refused to let him call for help or leave to get help. Haruben was charged with the following:-Unlawful Imprisonment in the second degree, a misdemeanor-Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree, a misdemeanor -Harassment in the second degree, a violation -Trespass, a violationHaruben was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of the Honorable Judge Laquidari. Judge Laquidari remanded Haruben to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 cash or $1000.00 bond, an order of protection was also issued protecting the male half.Haruben is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on April 3rd, 2014 at 6:00 pm.
