On March 27th, 2014 at about 7:15pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Amber M Decrescente of 2796 Holmes Road, Weedsport, New York for failing to complete her court ordered conditional discharge. Decrescente was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Laquidari. Judge Laquidari committed Decrescente to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000.00 cash or $2000.00 bail bond. She is schdeuled to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on April 3rd, 2014 at 6:00pm. On March 28, 2014 at about 12:25 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrest Arianna L Atkins of 778 Moore Road, Kirkville, New York for a warrant. The arrest stems from a shoplifting incident that occurred at a business in the Town of Seneca Falls in 2012. Atkins was charged with Petit Larceny, Conspiracy in the sixth degree, and Criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, all misdemeanors. Atkins was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls court in front of Judge Lafler where she was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000.00 cash or $2000.00 bond. Atkins is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 14, 2014 at 9:00 am.
