Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on March 22, 2014 at 5:55 PM, Sheriff Deputies arrested Patrick K. Mare, age 17 of 4887 State Route 96A, Romulus, NY for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Harassment in the 2nd degree. It is alleged that Mare choked and threatened to injure another Town of Varick resident during an altercation. Mare was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Court by Judge Sapio and remanded to the Seneca County Jail on $500 cash bail and $1000 secured bond. Mare is to return to Varick Town Court before Judge Ettman in March 26th, 2014 at 7:00pm.
