Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on Saturday at 8:10 pm, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Craig T. Kaufman, age 30 of Yale Farm Road in Geneva, for Assault in the third degree and Criminal Mischief in the third degree.It is alleged that on the 20th of March 2014 Kaufman was involved in a domestic dispute with two other individuals at the Town of Varick residence, where it is alleged that Kaufman recklessly injured a female town of Varick resident by slamming her arm between an entry door and the door jam.It is also alleged that during this dispute Kaufman damaged a significant amount of the female’s property.Kaufman was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court by Judge Lafler and remanded to the Seneca County Jail on $3000 cash bail or $6000 secured bond. Kaufman is to reappear in front of Judge Lafler at the Seneca Falls Town Court on March 27th, 2014 at 9:00am.
