Seneca Falls Police Beat for 3/26

2 people were arrested following a traffic stop in the afternoon on 03/25/14 in the Town of Seneca Falls. Town of Seneca Falls Police stated they received a report of a suspended driver operating through the town limits as well as a description of the vehicle. Town police stopped the vehicle and found the driver was operating the vehicle without having a license to do so. During the traffic stop it was also discovered that a passenger in the vehicle, Caitlyn S. Fenner, age 25, of 9 Brook Street, Geneva, NY was wanted by the Rochester Police Department on a bench warrant for petit larceny. She was placed in custody and turned over to Rochester Police for processing. The driver, John J. Pisano, age 27, of 6178 Kristy Lane, Auburn, NY was charged with Improper Passing on the Right, Unlicensed Operator, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree. He was arraigned and committed to SCCF on $500 Cash/$1000 Bond and is to reappear in Town Court on April 3rd,2014 at 6:00 pm to answer the charges. The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office also assisted on scene with the arrests.On Tuesday March 25TH, 2014 at 11:52 AM, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Daniel R. Babbitt Jr., age 44, of 25 Peterman Road Apartment B6 Seneca Falls, New York 13148. He was arrested on a Seneca County Court arrest warrant for violation of probation / conditional discharge. He was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on no bail pending further court action. On Monday March 24TH, 2014 at 6:25 pm, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Monique C. Vascellaro, age 24, of 26 1/2 Clinton Street Seneca Falls, New York 13148. Vascellaro was charged with one count of felony criminal mischief in the third degree. Vascellaro is alleged to have damaged property in an amount exceeding $250.00 during a November 2013 dispute. Arraignment was before Seneca Falls Town Justice Laquadari. Vascellaro was committed to the Seneca County Correctional facility on $1500.00 cash bail / $3,000.00 secure bond. A felony hearing was scheduled for 03.27.2014 at 10:00 am in Seneca Falls Town Court.
