On Tuesday at 10:21 am, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Hennessey A. Vargas, age 16 of State Route 96A in Romulus.It is alleged that on March 19th 2014 Vargas was involved in a physical altercation with a 15 year old female Town of Varick resident. During the altercation Vargas struck the female in the face causing a bloody nose and a cut lip.Vargas was charged with Harassment and Endangering the welfare of a child and was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Varick Town Court on April 23rd 2014 at 7 pm to answer the charges.
