On Saturday, Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Marcus T. Kellar, age 25, of Hillside Drive in Geneva, on an arrest warrant for Promoting Prison Contraband in the Second Degree. It is alleged that Kellar visited an inmate in the Seneca County Correctional Facility while wearing an electronic camera disguised as a watch and took a photograph and later posted the photograph to a social media site.Kellar was arraigned in Romulus Town Court and released on his own recognizance to reappear at a later date. Sheriff’s Investigators were assisted by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
