On Saturday around 2:25 am the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office arrested Steven G. Halladay, age 23 of Fayette, for Driving While Intoxicated. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occurred on River Road in the Village of Waterloo.Halladay’s vehicle was observed crossing over the center line multiple times. Halladay is charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08% or higher, Open container, and failure to keep right.Halladay is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on the 2nd of April 2014 at 9:00am.
