Arrests after underage drinking party in SF

On Friday, Town of Seneca Falls Police responded to 2133 State Route 5&20 apartment C4 for a possible underage party. Upon arrival officers observed several subjects inside the apartment consuming alcoholic beverages and being loud.The renter of the apartment Teagan A. Jahua, age 19 has been charged with Unlawfully Possession of Marijuana and Social Host Law to Prohibit the Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages and/or illegal Drugs by Minors on Private Premises in Seneca County.Jahua was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on April 27th, at 10:00am.Also charged at the same address was Maleek T. Tarver, age 21, of 10 Goodman Street, Apt. D-43 Geneva, NY.Tarver was charged with unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the first degree. It is alleged that Tarver purchased the alcoholic beverages for the party. Tarver was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on March 31st, 2014 at 6:00pm.
