The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Tuesday morning at 1:58 am, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 59 year old Patricia A. Avery of Clinton Street, Seneca Falls for DWI. The arrest stems from a Traffic stop on State Route 5 & 20 in the Town of Seneca Falls where Deputies observed Avery traveling eastbound and crossing the center lane.Avery was stopped and subsequently Arrested for failing to keep right ,DWI, and Operating with .08%bac or greater. Avery was released on UTT’s and is to return to the Town of Seneca Falls court on the 28th of april at 7pm.
