The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Saturday at about 11:10 pm Deputies arrested Matthew C Wood age 31 of Stewart Street Waterloo on the charge of Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd degree. It is alleged that Wood tried to physically interfere with Deputies who were in the process of removing a patron from a Waterloo business.Wood was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Village of Waterloo court on April 16, 2014 at 9:00Am
