On Monday at 5:45 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested John T. Rimmer, age 43, of Van Renssalaer Street in Seneca Falls. Rimmer was charged with assault in the third degree after he allegedly shoot a teenage female in the eye with a BB gun.The female was transported to Geneva General Hospital by North Seneca Ambulance where she was treated and later released.Rimmer was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of the Honorable Judge Laquidari and committed to the SCCF on $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 bond. Rimmer is to re-appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on April 3rd, 2014 at 6:00pm.
