The Sheriff’s Office reports that on 03/11/14 at 10:20am Deputies arrested Tabitha H. Nickerson age 23, of Auburn Road in Seneca Falls. The arrest stems from an incident that occurred at the Seneca County Office building where Nickerson was asked to leave due to using vulgar language and upsetting other people within the Social Services office. Nickerson allegedly continued the behavior and resisted being arrested by Deputies on the scene. Nickerson was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and remanded to the SCCF in lieu of $1500 cash bail. Nickerson is to return on 4/2/14@9am.
