On Thursday February 6th, 2014 at 7:01 PM, the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested D. (Daniel) Scott Briggs, age 52, homeless / no address given. Briggs was charged with burglary in the third degree and petit larceny. The arrest stems from a February 10TH, 2014 larceny investigation at a local business. Arraignment was before Seneca Falls Town Court Justice Laquidari. Briggs was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2500.00 cash bail / $5,000.00 bond.
