On March 5th, 2014 at 8:00pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Brandon J.M. Leather, age 20 of Steele Road in Waterloo, on an arrest warrant out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for disorderly conduct.Leather was also issued a UTT for Failure to comply with lawful order of a police officer or flag person. The charges stem from Leather parking his pick-up truck in front of a tow truck on an accident scene on North Road.Leather then exited the pick-up truck and began to walk into the accident scene. Leather was advised by fire police to move his truck from the scene, Leather failed to move his pick-up truck and continued into the scene.Leather then climbed on the back of a tow truck, where he was asked by the tow truck operator to get down several times.Leather was arraigned in front of the Honorable Judge Laqudari where he was ROR’D. Leather is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on April 3rd, 2014 at 6:00pm.
