The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 3-5-14 at about 5:50 pm Sheriff’s Deputies charged Matthew S. Hungerford age 21 of 1671 Gilbert Rd ,Ovid with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the second degree. Sheriff’s Deputies stopped Hungerford in the parking lot of the County Office Building and found him to have a suspended license. Hungerford was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court by Justice Mattoon and committed to the Seneca County Jail on $1,000.00 cash bail or $3,000.00 Ins. bond. Hungerford is to reappear in Village of Waterloo Court on 04/02/2014.
