Syracuse’s first ACC Tourny game will be Friday night

Good news for Syracuse fans who work on Friday… with Wake Forests win over Duke on Wednesday night Syracuse’s first round ACC Tournament game will be on Friday evening, not during the workday. Before the Wake Forest upset, there was a chance, should the Orange lose on Sunday at Florida State, that Syracuse could drop a seed and thus be relegated to the earlier slot in the quarterfinals. Syracuse has locked up the #2 seed and like all top 4 seeds, will enjoy a double-bye in the expanded ACC Tournament which opens next week.
