On March 2nd, 2014 Seneca Falls Police arrested Zachary R. Eggleston, age 21, of no permanent address for Criminal Mischief 4th. It is alleged that Eggleston damaged property of a Town resident in the early morning hours. Eggleston was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded to the Seneca County correctional facility in lieu of $750 cash bail and $1500 secured bond. Eggleston is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 04/11/2014 at 9:00am.On Wednesday February 26TH, 2014 at 5:19 PM, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Michelle L. Travers, age 27, of 5854 S R 96 Apartment 234C Romulus, New York 14541. Travers was charged with Burglary in the third degree and Petit Larceny. The charges stem from a January 25TH, 2014 incident where Travers is accused of stealing merchandise from a local business. Arraignment was before Seneca Falls Town Court Justice Lafler. Travers was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2500.00 cash bail or $5,000.00 secure bond. A felony hearing is scheduled for Seneca Falls Town Court on March 3RD, 2014 at 6:00 PM.On 02/26/14 at approximately 11:15 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Anthony S. Catanzano, age 27, of 200 Fall Street, Seneca Falls, NY on a bench warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of grand larceny in the 4th degree. He was arraigned and plead guilty to a lesser count of petit larceny. He was sentenced to 180 days at the SCCF.On 03/01/14 at approximately 5:00 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department Christopher L. Planty, age 25, of 227 West Miller Street, Newark, NY following a police investigation into 2 separate reports of larcenies that occurred within a few hours of each other at a Town of Seneca Falls business. Planty is accused of entering the business in the early morning hours on March 1st and stealing a case of beer. Employees contacted the police after Planty returned a few hours and walked out of the business a second time with several items in his possession that he did not pay for. He was located in the parking lot by police and charged with 2 counts of petit larceny and one count of possession of stolen property in the 5th degree. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to SCCF on $500 Cash/$1000 Bond. He is to reappear in town court on 03/06/14 at 6:00 p.m. to answer the charges.On Friday February 28TH, 2014 at 1:50 PM, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested James R. Hill, age 29, of 9 Mechanic Street Seneca Falls, NY 13148. Hill was charged as a fugitive from justice out of the state of Pennsylvania. Hill was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court before Justice Lafler and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on no bail while he awaits extradition to Pennsylvania. On the 20th of February, 2014, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Kenneth Sapp, age 52, of 1342 Clifford Ave, Rochester, NY on a Warrant for Criminal Contempt 2nd. It is alleged that Sapp made contact with a Seneca Falls resident after a Class A Order of Protection was issued between the two parties. Sapp was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court by the Honorable Judge Lafler. Sapp was remanded to the custody of the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1000.00 cash bail or $2000.00 Ins. bond. Price is to reappear on March 3rd 2014 at 6:00pm.0n the 19th of February, 2014, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Michael J. Bajdas, age 57, of 192 Ovid Street Lot 116, Seneca Falls, NY following a traffic stop on Fall Street. Bajdas was charged with No/Insufficient Tail Lamps, Driving While Intoxicated and Operating a MV Impaired by Drugs. Bajdas was released on tickets and is to appear on March 3rd 2014 at 6:00pm to answer the charges.0n the 20th of February, 2014, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Charles J. Turturro, age 43, of 87 Lafayette Street, Geneva, NY following a traffic stop on Fall Street. Bajdas was charged with Operating a MV with Registration Suspended and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd. Turturro was released on tickets and is to appear on March 3rd 2014 at 6:00pm to answer the charges.
