The Seneca Co. Sheriff reports that on February 18th, investigators arrested 40 year old Stevie Yoder of Route 414 in Romulus. Mr. Yoder was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, forcible touching and sexual abuse in the second degree (all class A misdemeanors).The charges stem from an investigation into allegations of sexual abuse against a minor female victim. Mr. Yoder was arraigned in the Town of Romulus Court and was remanded to the Seneca Co. Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 cash bail or $1,000.00 bond. An order of protection was issued.Mr. Yoder is to re- appear in the Town of Romulus Court on Feb. 28, 2014 to answer the charges.
