Seneca County Sheriff arrests for 2/24 – FingerLakes1.com Archive

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on February 22nd 2014 at 05:17 AM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Carlos J Russe, age 22, of 218 Fall St Seneca Falls NY while checking on a suspicious vehicle located at a business in the Town of Seneca Falls. Russe was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with .08% of 1% or more, Improper Plates, Registration Sticker not Affixed to the Vehicle and Uninspected Motor Vehicle. Russe was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls on March 27th 2014 to answer the charges.On 2/22/14 at 4:45pm Seneca County Sheriff Investigators arrested Shaelyn A. Fivie age 21 incarcerated at the Seneca County Correctional Facility with promoting prison contraband in the second degree. Fivie was found to be in possession of prescription pills a controlled substance while incarcerated. She is to appear in the Town of Romulus Court on 3/28/14 to answer to the charge. On 02/21/14 at 12:05 pm Seneca County Investigators arrested Samuel L. McCullough age 23 of Bay Rd. Rochester, NY for criminal Contempt 2nd degree. The charge stems from an incident in which Investigators caught McCullough getting into a vehicle with a female who is a protected person of a stay away order of protection against McCullough. McCullough was arraigned in the Village Court of Waterloo and remanded to Seneca County Jail in lieu of $3000 cash or $6000 bond bail. He is to re-appear on 3/5/14 to answer to the charges.
