On Feburary 18th, 2014 at about 10:40 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Vanessa Lugo, age 44 or 7576 Park Ave, Lowville, New York. Lugo was arrested after an employee of a hotel she was a guest of noticed her purse missing from behind the front desk. Investigation led to the recovery of the purse and items and Lugo was charged with Grand Larceny in the fourth degree, a class E felony. Lugo was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Laquidari where she was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5000.00 cash or $10000.00 bond bail. Lugo is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 02/20/2014 at 10:00 am. On February 12, 2014 @ 11:28a Seneca Falls Police arrested James A. Adler of 7521 Butternut Dr Lot 2, Port Byron NY. Adler was arrested on a warrant issued by Town Seneca Falls Court charging him with Violated Condition of Sentence. Adler failed to complete 200hrs of community service as directed by the Town Seneca Falls Court. Adler was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court by Honorable Judge Lafer and released on his own recognizance. Adler is to reappear in Town Seneca Falls Court on March 12 @ 09:00a in front of Honorable Judge Lafler.On February 13, 2014 @ 09:54a Seneca Falls Police arrested Sara Stull, age 28, of 4546 Blossom Rd, Canandaigua, NY 14424. Stull was arrested on an arrest warrant issued by the Town of Seneca Falls Court. Stull was charged with Aggravated Harassment. Stull alledgedly had harassing communication with another person. Stull was arraigned in Town Of Seneca Falls Court by Honorable Judge Lafler and released on her own recognizance. Stull is to reappear in Town Seneca Falls Court on March 6, 2014 @6:00pm in front of Honorable Judge Laquidari.On February 13, 2014 @10:59a Seneca Falls Police arrested Donnie R. Wadsworth of 6960 State Route 96A, Ovid, NY 14521. Wadsworth was arrested on a Bench warrant issued by the Town of Seneca Falls Court. Wadsworth was charged with Failure To Pay Fine on a previous charge of DWI. Wadsworth was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court by Honorable Judge Lafler and released on his own recognizance. Wadsworth is to reappear in Town Seneca Falls Court on March 6, 2014 @ 6:00pm in front of Honorable Judge Laquidari.On 02/15/14 at approximately 7:52 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Dwayne W.C. Hardy, age 21, of 1 Gould Ave, Seneca Falls, NY on an arrest warrant for Disorderly Conduct. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on 01/30/13 in the Town of Seneca Falls. He was arraigned and ROR’d on the charge. He is to reappear in town court on 03/06/14 at 6:00 p.m. to answer the charge.On 02/11/14 at approximately 5:02 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Ryan M. Hampp, age 33, of 217 E. Main Street, Apt. 3, Waterloo, NY on a bench warrant for Failure to Pay Fine. He was arraigned and released after paying his fine in full.
