On Saturday, at about 7:50 pm, the Waterloo Police Department responded to a call for a report of a 15 year old male that was attackedand beaten by a group of people on Oak Street in the Village. Following the investigation conducted by the Waterloo Police Department, two males were arrested shortly after the incident. Juston L. Crisp (age 21) of 1024 Waterloo Geneva Road, lot 6, Waterloo, NY 13165 and a 17 year old male (whose name is being withheld due to his age).Crisp was charged with assault 3rd, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal obstruction of breathing. It is alleged that Crisp had grabbed the 15 year old male by the neck and pushed him during a verbal altercation. After the 15 year old was leaving the area on foot, Crisp allegedly approached him on Oak Street, grabbed the back of his jacket and started punching him with a closed fist on the face and head.The 17 year old male was charged with assault 3rd and endangering the welfare of a child. It is alleged he also approached the 15 year old male on Oak Street while he was on the ground and started to kick him.Both were arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and held in the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1500.00 bail. Crisp and the 17 year old are to reappear in the Village of Waterloo Court at a later date to answer to the charges. Two class “A” orders of protection were issued by the judge in behalf of the 15 year old victim.The 15 year old male victim was taken to Geneva General Hospital by North Seneca Ambulance where he was treated for his injuries and released.
