On Friday at 5:49 pm, Penn Yan Police arrested Leah M. Brady, age 29 of Prosser Road in Branchport after a car Brady was driving failed to maintain the lane it was in and nearly struck a Penn Yan Police Patrol Vehicle traveling in the opposite direction.Brady was placed through a series of field sobriety tests which she failed.Brady was charged with DWAI Drug, DWI, Failure to Keep Right, Unclicensed operator and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.Brady was released on tickets to appear in Village of Penn Yan court at a later date.
