On Tuesday evening Seneca County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jennifer L. Baker, 32, of E. Main Street in Waterloo, for Driving While Intoxicated. The arrest stems from a property damage accident that occurred on State Route 5 & 20 in the Town of Waterloo around 10:47 pm.Sheriff’s Deputies investigated the accident and found that Baker had fled the scene. Baker was arrested at a residence in the Village of Waterloo.Baker was processed and released. Baker was issued uniformed traffic citations for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated with a .08 of greater Blood Alcohol Content, and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage accident. Baker is to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court on the 13th of March at 5:00pm.
