On Monday, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies on patrol came upon a vehicle that was being operated by Timothy T. Ferguson of Buffalo, New York on State Rt. 96 in the Town of Romulus that was stuck in the snow just off the pavement.Upon investigation it was determined that Timothy T. Ferguson was operating on a suspended registration due to insurance lapse.Ferguson was issued a ticket for driving on a suspended registration and is due in court on 04/25/2014 at 10:00 am in the Town of Romulus Court in Willard to answer for the charge.
