The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on February 15th 2014 at 11:14PM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Joseph G Derleth, age 22, of 4230 Ridge Rd Seneca Falls NY, on Yellow Tavern Rd in the Town Fayette. Derleth was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by a Drug, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Driving Across Hazardous Markings and Failure to Keep Right. Derleth who was also found to have an active warrant out of the Village of Waterloo was released on appearance tickets by the Sheriff’s Office and turned over to the Waterloo Police Department for further action. Derleth is to schedule to appear in the Town of Fayette Court on April 2nd 2014 to answer the charges.
