The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that, late last week on Friday at noon, deputies charged Matthew B. Cogab, age 32 of North Street in Auburn, with unlawful possession of marihuana.Seneca County Sheriff’s security officers found that Cogab was in possession of marihuana and a glass smoking pipe, when attempting to pass through security to enter the Seneca County Office Building.Cogab was turned over to the patrol and issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court at a later date to answer the charge.
