On February 4th at 1:30 pm Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Joseph M. Longwell age 24 of Mynderse Street in Seneca Falls following a domestic incident. It is alleged that Longwell was involved in a physical altercation with a 40 year old Town of Waterloo resident.During the dispute Longwell is accused of breaking a cell. phone and a coffee pot.Additionally Longwell allegedly had unwanted physical contact and restricted the resident from leaving an address in the Town of Waterloo. Longwell was charged with Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd, Criminal Mischief 4th and Harassment 2nd.Longwell was arraigned before Town of Waterloo Justice Folk and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $750 cash or $1500 bond. Longwell will have to reappear in Waterloo Town Court at a later date.
