Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on February 2nd, 2014 at 8:15 PM, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Samuel J. Eckert, age 25 of 23F Stanton Meadows Dr. Seneca Falls on a bench warrant for failure to pay a fine to Waterloo Village Court. Eckert was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court by Judge Barto and remanded to the Seneca County Jail on $250 cash bail or $300 bond. Eckert is to reappear in front of Judge Matoon at the Waterloo Village Court on February 5th, 2014 at 9:00am.
